Can you search a database for a particular sequence motif? For instance, I want to search a protein database for proteins that contain the motif "RKDA". Is there any way to do this?

Or the other way around... Is it possible to look for a specific motif within a protein sequence? I know you can do this in web tools like Prosite or Pfam... But what about when your motif is not defined in any of these databases?

Thanks in advance.
