Hi,

Oddly enough I cannot find the important and highly topical transcription factor  in the TRANSFAC database. I want to perform TFBS prediction and want to make sure NANOG is included in the results.

I have run a few gene promoters which are experimentally proven to be targeted by NANOG through some of the TRANSFAC prediction programs, but NANOG does not show up.

Any suggestions onhow to proceed. Are there any other decent prediction tools other than TRANSFAC.
