Dear all,

What is the minimum amount (ng)o f protein that can be detected by SDS and WB?

I would imagine as little as 1-5ng can be detected but this must be a function of your antibody too. Better monoclonal antibodies, especially for epitope tags like HA and FLAG detect much better than polyclonal protein specific antibodies. Hope this helps.
