What is DME medium for Hybridoma cell culture

Hi,

I am quite new to this hybridoma cell culture. I got some hybridoma cells and wanted to culture them. the medium they mentioned was DME. i wonder is it the same as DMEM? any one knows this?

DMEM = Dulbecco's Modification of Eagle's Medium.
