I want to extract large plasmid DNA (up to 100kb) with Geba-flex dialysis tubes in an electrophoresis chamber. Has anybody experiences with this technique? The handbook says it needs 10min to 1 hour for smaller fragments up to 9900bp. I often heard that it also works with larger fragments up to 200 kb. I tried 3,5 hours and it didn´t work.
