Hi all,

After IGg purification do I have to see one band or two bands(l ight and heavey chains)?

Well, that depends whether you are running reducing or non-reducing gels.  If reducing, you will see 2 bands. If you run non-reducing gels you might still see some bands corresponding to the light and heavy chains but the major band should correspond to the intact antibody.
