Hi! Do you know if there are any comercially available enzymes which could cleave ubiquitin from monoubiquitilated protein.
I've read a loy of articles but couldn't found something reasonable  

Maybe somebody knows how  could I detect ubiquitination besides Western and MS?

I really think you need to Western to confirm Ub. You can try a proteasome inhibotor like MG-132 to see if your protein accumulates, instead of a direct Ub ab.

MS will only map your Ub sites.

Biomol/Enzo Life Sciences makes a bunch of SENP and Ulp type enzymes.
