I am troubled by how to keep solution on coverslips, Could somebody give me a suggestion?

first place keep coverslips on a klean small size petriplate, or 6 well TC plates then you can carefully add solution  upto 100ul, no problums it works. try it out

VECTOR has a hydrophobic marking pen used in IHC work, might be good for this too.
