Hi,
I want to determine which protein belongs to HSPGs as the receptor of my samples. But as you know, many kinds of them including syndecan, glypican, perlecan,... Would you please help me how can use one method to detect all of them? Any commercial antibody can detect HS chain (because all of them have HS chain)?
