can any one guide me ,how can i get complete information and biodata of following two cell lines

&
CHO

how can u find about distinction quality of any cell line. what are the specifities in cell line that makes it different.

This takes doing searches and reading on the internet.  Sometimes it can be difficult to find the information you need but you'll just have to do the research.  There is a website: huh7.com that gives some good basic starting information for the one cell line.  Otherwise, information about the CHO cells is widespread and unfortunately sometimes contradictory.  Plus there are now different variations of the CHO cell line.
