Dear Any one can send me protocal for isolation of apoptotic DNA for Et Br stained DNA laddering on agarose gel electrophoresis. And i also wanted to know about positive controle for induction of Apoptosis for DNA laddering on agarose gel.

One of the apoptotic control that you can use in order to obtain DNA for gel electrophoresis is a cell line like Jurkat. You have to culture Jurkat cells during three days without fetal calf serum and they die rapidly by apoptosis
