I am checking the expression level of HIF-2 alpha from rat intestinal epithelial cells(IEC-6). Now, the HIF-2 alpha antibody we can get commercial always show multiple bands. It is too hard to judge which one is HIF-2 alpha.
Anyone use HIF-2 alpha antibody against this cell line and get pretty western result. Please give me a recommendation which company's antibody is trustful.
