Does anyone have a protocol for fluorescent staining of immune mouse splenocytes with the antigen conjugated to FITC or some other fluorescent marker?I've done studies in the past looking at B-cell proliferation and T-cell populations in immunized mice. I haven't found any protocols using a conjugated antigen.Thanks.Nanci
