[Square Pig]

Hi guys,

I have been using 8-tube strips for PCR and would like to change to PCR plates instead.
As I am relatively new to PCR,
I would like to know what are the differences between a skirted, non-skirted and half-skirted plates?
and also the types of seals, which would be the preferred choice (sealing films or silicone mats?).

Im looking for the type of plates/seals which could help to minimise contamination any input would be greatly appreciated!
