Dear Frnds
I am doing Allelic discrimination assay using Taqman probe, getting good signal from both probe (FAM & VIC) when using them in a separate reaction  but in single reaction the signals are not good or curve is not sharp. Is there possibility of probe dimerization or any other possibilities for not getting adequate signal in probe combination.
