Method to measure enzyme activity

Hi

I have human fibroblast and human glutathione deficient cell line ... I'm looking to measure Glutathione synthetase enzme activity.
Could anyone give me some suggestion if anyway to measure ?
what I found on googld mostly for GST method ... i'm not sure if it the same..
I h..ve ne..er finish.. ...ny thi .....

Glutathione S-transferase (GST) and GS are definitely not the same.
The attached paper may give you some ideas for measuring GS in cell extracts.
