I study IL1 alpha , beta and receptor in embrio tissue of a viviparous reptile:Chalcides chalcides. I have worked withanti-Hbeta58(policlonal) and I have good results,but now with monoclonal(IL1) I don't obtaine results of precedent studies.Ihave a not specific reaction. Can you help me?Thank you
