Hey

I have to clone a microRNA gene that I have isolated from Brassica juncea into the plant transformation vector pCHF3 and mis-express it in Arabidopsis. I have no option of other plant transformation vector. I couldn't achieve the cloning of my insert in the vector.

Can someone suggest what ligation strategies can be used
