serum and plasma storage

hi just a question. does plasma and serum volume reduced after storage in -80? if it so, what's the possible reason for that thing to happen???

Depends on the storagecontainer, if it's not hermetically closed or the material itself can transport water, water will sublimate en the volume will reduce.
