1. Supernatant of Cell Culture:
The cell culture should be kept at room temperature. After 10 min 1000g centrifugal, you can collect supernatant. Later on, sample should be kept at -20℃ and avoid repeat freezing.
2. Blood Serum:
Please keep sample around room temperature for 2 hours or keep it at 4℃ for a whole night. After that, you can centrifugal 20 min at 1000g, 4℃. Then, collect supernatant for test. You also can keep the sample at -20℃ and avoid repeat freezing.
3. Blood Plasma:
You can collect EDTA or heparin as the sample of gelation inhibitor. After its collection, it should centrifugal at 1000g, 2-8℃ for 15 min. you should keep the sample at -20℃ and avoid repeat freezing.
4. Urine:
Urine can be use for determine after asepsis collection and sediment removed. If you want to maintain urine for a long time, you can add 0.05% NaN3 at 4-8 cent great. Besides, you can add urine cryoprotectant and keep it at -20℃ too.
5. Tissue Homogenate:
At first, wash the tissue sample by PBS and remove extra blood. After homogenate, sample should be kept in PBS for a whole night at -20℃. After second freezing and 5000g centrifugal 5 min at 4℃,you can test it immediately.
