[Diablo]

hi every body
I'm confused about so many methods to introduce DNA( ex: Plasmid) to cells like Electroporation, nano particles, lipofectamines and.....
which one is suitable for inserting a plasmid about 9 Kb to CHO COS-7 and Hek293?
I have seen this product (actually Kit) containing two different methods based on cathionic lipids to introduce plasmids
Do you think this is ok if I use both of them and compare? Or I'm wasting my money and time??
