Hi,
I was wondering whether there is a straightforward way to prepare total RNA libraries for DeepSeq that contain both mature miRNAs and pri- and pre-miRNAs? I know there are protocols to isolate small RNAs from RNA libraries via cutting bands of limited size from denaturing gels, 3' and 5' ligating them, etc., but those protocols tend to isolate a very limited size set of RNAs (e.g. 19-22 bp), and we are interested in isolating pri-, pre-, and mature miRNAs in one go. Is it possible? Thanks!
