hi, i want to make 8 LB Agar plates, with 100ug/ml of ampicillin in each plate. i have 63mg of ampicillin and i am not sure how to dilute and aliqout the ampicillin to the desired concentration. am going to prepare 500ml of LB Agar. so how do i prepare ampicillin to get 100ug/ml per plate and how much do i have to administer into the 500ml LB Agar? appreciate it if anyone can help. thanks!

Dissolve 50mg of amp in 500uL of MQ and add 500ul of this antibiotic to 500mL Agar.
