Hi, everyone. I am going to study the role of a gene in macrophages in inflammation, and one of the models we choose is rheumatoid arthritis. There are several methods to make this RA model. But have anyone done this before in C57BL/6 strain? In our lab, we only successfully make the model using the K-BxN method. But previous papers said that macrophages didn't contribute much to in the inflammation using this method. Anyone know more about this?
Many thanks
