[hazard]

I had nice band from cell lycates but not from mouse kidney tissue sample. Need some advice please...

conditions:

~ prepared protein from mouse kidney tissue using commercial lysis buffer by using bead homongenizers

~ antibodies that I used can be used both cell and animal tissue samples (as product specifications says)

~ tried several different 1*ABs with different concentrations

so what I got is b-actin... except that no band at all (from animal tissue, not cell lycate)
I thought reason would be ABs because I have band from cell lycate but not sure...

any advice???
