Dear All,
I'm not an expert in cell culture, but I have to do it for cancer cell, as part of my PhD. could any of you kindly send me protocole, guideline or even useful website or what ever that help me to start?

What exactly do you need to know? Aren't there people in your lab that can show you the techniques?
