Hi,
my supervisor wants me to scan my nitrocellulose blots and transfer the marker to my chemiluminescent scans, so that we can see at what mass the bands on the gel are located. I'm looking for the easiest/smartest way to do this.
I was thinking about using the layers function in Photoshop, I figure that would be fairly easy, but we don't have Photoshop. Do you know of any alternative free programs that have a similar layers function (The PS demo does not allow you to save)?
Thank you.
