I am trying to transduce 3T3 cell line using VSV-G and CMV with turboGFP. When I transduce my cells, I get zero percent transduction. Where as, in my control, (which i know, it is positive control in Human Mesenchymal stem cells) i get around 90 transduction efficiency.

Is there any way, i am improve transduction efficiency in rodent cells?
I followed this paper for answer.
