Hello ,
A linear DNA fragment ia 100% labeled at one end and has 3 restriction sites for E.co R1 .If it is partially digested by EcoR1 so that all fragments are produced , how many of these fragments will be labeled and how many will nt be labeled?
What will happen if the DNA is completely digested ?
