Hi,
I am trying to study a drosophila temperature-sensitive transposition system in human 293 cells. The Drosophila transposase is active at 25C, but I normally culture and grow 293 cells at 37C. Does anyone have any experience or know of a someone who has cultured 293 at RT or at temperatures cooler than 37C?

They should still grow, just slower than they would at 37.
