Just out of curiosity, has anyone directly compared the sensitivity of ABI's fast sybr versus power sybr green master mixes? I've only taken a cursory looked into it and have actually found the fast sybr green mix to be a bit more sensitive. Of course, the confounding issue here is to compare them directly one has to run the qPCR under the conditions of the power sybr green, but the conditions are essentially very similar (just different times of denaturing/annealing, same temp...)
