I need to know how to weigh it so its concentration will bečíme 40µM?
Dimension is 20µ L.

-dissolve hematin in 20 mm NaOH or DMSO
-centrifugation for 10 min at 15,000 rpm
-remove pellet
hematin concentration is estimated from absorbance at 385 nm (εm m = 58,400) in 100 mm NaOH and adjusted to (Shaklai N., Shviro Y., Rabizadeh E., Kirschner-Zilber I.(1985) Biochim. Biophys. Acta 821:355–366)
