I am working with cell cycle inhibitors. Can any one tell me a detailed protocol for cdc2/cyclin B kinase assay. Also I am want to know how Protein A or Protein G can be coupled to the agarose or latex beeds so that I can use it for immunoprecipitation assays. I have extracted protein A from Staphylococcus aureus as mentioned Harlow manual. Can any one help me out at the earliest???????
