Hi there,

I need to extract proteins from a tiny muscle fibre. I'm tending to use the T-PER tissue protein extraction reagent.  But I don't know how i could perform the homogenization. Obviously, a hand-hold glass homogenizer won't do since my muscle tissue is very small. Any suggestion on this plz? like sonication?

you can get small (0.5 ml) glass homogenisers from Kontes glassware?, if that is any help.
