Dear all
I have to analyze gene expression between 2 genes and actin as a house-keeping gene at 6 time intervals in plants using from one step RT-PCR kit. My problem now, is the number of amplification cycles, because for optimization of these genes 40 cycle was better, I want to know for relative RT-PCR this number of amplification cycle is sufficient or no?
