Our collaborators need to send us protein extracts from lymphoblasts for us to use in western blots.  They're in the UK, we're  in South Africa.  They can send them overnight, but what would be the best way to transport them?  On dry ice?  Room temperature?  We'll be blotting for Hsp 27 & 70.
