Hi all,
I have a few genes (unannotated) under my study which is conducted on mice speices(cell lines), want to see the homologues gene for human genome. Dont know how to go about, please help!

Do you have the protein or cDNA sequences for those genes? If yes, just do a blast search against human sequences.
