Hi,

I need to check the relationship between 2 genes. The problem is that there is good antibody for one gene but the second gene does not a have good commercially available antibody.  Is it possble to compare the IHC staining results of one gene with that of qPCR expression data of the second gene?  This may not be the best approach but has anyone published data this way?

IHC and qpcr look at different things. qPCR-RNA and IHC - protein.
