Biolog plates

I was hoping some of you had experience with ecoplates, I will be using them soon and I have to say I dont really get how i can interpret then...Fair enough, it will give the methabolical diversity, but it can`t be enough just to write down the positive and the negative carbon sources.  :P

Try searching out other papers that have used Biolog plates and see what they do. Here's http://www.sciencedi...=/sdarticle.pdf an old paper from our lab - not sure what they did, but you could check it out.
