Hi everybody.
We would like inhibit apoptosis in U87MG celular line to "clean" the experiment of this mechanism of death. But, the pancaspase inhibitor z-VAD is to many toxic to this cells when the experiment prolongs on time. I heard that Sodium Orthovanadate can inhibit apoptosis, but in some papers say the oposite¡¡.
So, anybody knows or suggest other compound that inhibit apoptosis.
