I use the Fermentas ProteoJET Cytoplasmic and Nuclear Protein Extraction kit. My cytoplasmic fractions are contaminated with nuclear proteins. Is there any way to prevent this contamination? (Directions and troubleshooting that comes with the kit only says to "optimize homogenization time and conditions," so it's not really helpful.) Thanks for any help. -kb783
