Hi all,
I'm going to do gene expression study of Candida albicans blood infection in mice using  qRT-PCR.
and I will injecte the mice with 10⁶ 2ml.
My question is what is the best method or kit to extract the candida RNA from the mice blood.

Any  one have suggestions that may help

you can use a qiagen kit
