Hi all, I traied sequencing some bnads from RAPD PCR using cloning method, but the results of sequencing give undistinguishable sequences
even I checked the insert by colony PCR and got insert with the expected size of each band.

I will appreciate any comment and advise to overcome this problem

Sorry I meant by undistinguishable sequence (No significant similarity found) after blast using the ncbi blastn
and after cut of the plasmid sequence  part
