at the moment we starve cells for cilia induction. We use several cell lines (e.g. HEK, HeLa, IMCD, NIH....) to examine the best for our purpose. I would be interested in general technics concerning this topic. So how much FCS, time etc. Maybe we can establish a helpfull guide for starvation here and not the commonly "described elsewhere" or "common proceedings" found in papers.
I will post really good working protocolls for used cell lines too, if I succed
