Hi,
Has anyone tried to digest tissue for PicoGreen DNA quantification? If so, how important is lyophilizing the tissue prior to digest? Can I simply normallize against wet weight? Also, is there a norm or standard concentration of ProteinaseK used to digest tissues? Most papers that I have read haven't specified the concentration, which makes me think that there is a standard that is used.
