I was trying to stain lymphoblasts for confocal studies, but the problem is that i do not know how to immobilize them on the slide. Does any one work on such free floating cells

I use Polysine slides and allow the cells to adhere for 30 minutes before staining. You could also coat the slides or coverslips with poly-L-lysine
