fixation of whole blood on slide

i am trying to find how one fixes whole blood on slides to be used for immunostaining.any suggestions,please let me know as i am looking for receptors on these bloods.

Try polyLlysine coated slides.

hi!May b you can fix in ethanol at -20 C.If you use poly-l-lysine, back ground noise will be very high esp. in immunostaining.
