Hi, I´m studying expression of a protein (about 300 kDa) in different types of tissue using western blot. When I use 2xSDS buffer, there are also other bands (cca 190, 150 and 120 kDa) that are even thicker than the 300 kDa band in some tissues. When I use the 3xSDS the lower bands become almost invisible and the 300 kDa band becomes a bit thicker. What is the reason for that?
Thanks for your help  :)
