Hello,
   please I would like to know if anyone has any ideas on how I might run some Real Time PCR experiments to measure the expression of Aldosterone considering that it is a hormone so primer appear to be out of the question.
Is it ok to just measure the level of expression of aldosterone synthase instead?.
