hi everyone,

i'm wondering if any of you is aware of any stain that can be used to visualize small tissue at the moment of doing sections in a cryomicrotome.

this sections will be later used for maldi imaging, so the stain should not interfere with any metabolites. this is the first time i'm working on something like this. i was thinking of using neutral red dye but then i don't know if that's going to change the metabolic profiles of the tissue somehow and alter the results.

any help is greatly appreciated. thanks guys
